Audra Fox – Branch Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer
As the Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer at Avant National Title, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to excellence in the title and escrow industry. Since embarking on my career in 2015, I have climbed the ranks from an office administrator to my current role, where I spearhead our branch operations and guide our team in delivering unparalleled service.
A proud graduate of Texas State University, class of 2014, my academic background laid the foundation for my meticulous attention to detail and my customer-centric approach. These qualities have been the cornerstone of my professional philosophy and have driven my success in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to fostering collaboration within my team, believing strongly that collective effort is key to achieving our goals and exceeding client expectations. My dedication to our clients and passion for the industry have not only contributed to our branch's success but have also enabled me to develop innovative solutions to the unique challenges we face in the title and escrow field.
In every transaction, I strive to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved, underscoring my belief in the importance of trust, transparency, and teamwork. As I continue to grow in my role at Avant National Title, I am excited about the opportunities to further enhance our services and contribute to our company's legacy of excellence.
On a personal note, I celebrated a significant milestone in December 2023, marrying my wonderful husband, David. Together, we are the proud parents of two adorable dogs, Kobe and Tapioca, who bring endless joy and laughter into our lives. This personal journey of love, partnership, and pet parenthood enriches my professional journey, reinforcing my belief in the value of relationships, both at home and in the workplace.

They say the Lord works in mysterious ways, and my path to landing in Real Estate is a prime example! I am a proud Veteran of the Navy, and I also worked in various industries, before I got the opportunity to be in the intriguing world of real estate and investments for over 6 years.
As an Escrow officer, I love guiding my clients through the maze of understanding documents they are signing and educating them through the entire transaction for a smooth closing. With a knack for networking, I love to attend events and meet new people from all walks of life, and I hold the belief that every person I meet is a blessing in disguise. I have a loyal following of clients who appreciate my customer service skills, attention to detail, and professional communication. I am a firm believer that building lasting relationships and having a positive attitude are a constant reminder that I am in a position for me to bless others.
I am also a proud Mother of a beautiful 14 yr. old daughter, and we love to travel and make memories and I am also teaching her to be an entrepreneur.
I look forward to building a life of design!
Thea Woodward – Escrow Officer
My real estate career began at the young age of 20, starting as a junior loan processor. This role introduced me to the fascinating world of home financing and the intricacies of the housing market. By the end of my college career, I was simultaneously working in title during the refi boom, gaining invaluable experience in the industry. After graduating from San Diego State University, I decided to return to Texas, a move that reacquainted me with the scorching 100-degree summers—surprisingly, something I had missed. Back in Texas, I worked for a local home builder, which further expanded my knowledge of the housing market. Eventually, I returned to the loan side as a loan processor. Now, I am back in title, bringing with me a holistic understanding of the housing market.
I believe that strong partnerships with clients are built on exceptional communication and meticulous attention to each transaction. It’s not enough to just manage files from open to close; it’s about connecting with everyone involved and making sure they know our team is fully invested in successfully getting their purchase or refinance to the closing table.
As the third generation in my family to be part of this ever-changing industry, I follow in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother.
I have a deep love and respect for the outdoors, enjoying activities like hiking, camping, snowboarding, and skating. I make it a point to go on a camping trip at least twice a year. My path has been shaped by a passion for real estate and a deep love for the great outdoors. Each step has brought me closer to understanding the importance of dedication, hard work, and the value of strong relationships, both in business and in life.
